Delete Account & Data
Fastest method
If you can sign in, open Gear Journey → Settings → Support & Legal → Delete Account & Data. That submits an authenticated deletion request for the signed-in account.
If you cannot sign in
Email support.gearjourney@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Gear Journey account. Use the subject Gear Journey Account Deletion Request. We may need to verify account ownership before processing the request.
What is deleted
The deletion process is intended to remove the account and associated Gear Journey workspace data, including cloud workflow records. Uploaded payment slips associated with the account are also intended to be removed. Limited records may be retained only where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate transaction obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.
